SEC Regulations-15E(i)(3)

Section 15E(i)(3) requires that an NRSRO's designated compliance officer establish procedures for the receipt, retention, and treatment of (A) complaints regarding credit ratings, models, methodologies, and compliance with the securities laws and the policies and procedures developed under section 15E, and (B) confidential, anonymous complaints by employees or users of credit ratings.
