Quarterly Filings and Investments Forms

Your company's data is a valuable component to AM Best's effort of providing meaningful analysis of the insurance industry's financial strength. Therefore, if your company submits quarterly filings to the NAIC, it is requested that you also submit these filings to AM Best.

Submitting your filings electronically will enable AM Best to verify and process this information in a timely manner. For your convenience, we encourage you to use our secured Internet filing registration procedure to initiate and speed up the filing process with AM Best. Please register and return the electronic filings by the following date(s), which are in accordance with the NAIC directive:

* Updated quarterly investment forms are made available around April 15th of each year.

In addition, please submit the "Investments in Parents, Subsidiaries and Affiliates" forms. This additional information allows us to account for intercompany holdings and is similar to that submitted in the annual statement Five-Year Historical data page and the detailed investment schedules. The Investments form should also crosscheck with the data reported on the quarterly General Interrogatories page. This form is now offered exclusively through the Data Submission site.
