General Questions

What filing types may I upload?
NAIC and OSFI filings may be uploaded. Quarterly Investment Forms may also be uploaded.

Will my NAIC statement filings be automatically submitted to the NAIC?
No. You will also have to upload your NAIC statement filings to the NAIC Internet Filing web site.

Will my OSFI statement be automatically submitted to OSFI?
No. You will also have to mail your OSFI statements to OSFI.

Will multiple individuals be allowed to upload filings for my company?
Yes. The Best's Client Portal allows the "administrator" for your company to manage Data Submission access for multiple users.

Registration Questions

How do I register to upload my NAIC filings?
Please visit https://portal.ambest.com to create a Profile. Once a Profile is created, you will be able to access the designated features of this site.

How do I register to submit my AM Best Supplemental Rating Questionnaire (SRQ) filing?
Please visit https://portal.ambest.com to create a Profile. Once a Profile is created, you will be able to access the designated features of this site. SRQ filings are submitted from the SRQ portion of the Best's Client Portal.

What do I do if I lose My Account information?
Contact Technical Support Services. We will resend your account information.

Will I have to register again next year?
No. Your My Account Profile will remain active for future use.
