AM Best Internship Program

As part of our commitment to helping students develop the skills needed for a successful career, AM Best has created an exciting eight-week summer internship program.

In addition to job-specific training, each intern will receive a targeted education about the insurance industry and how AM Best fits into it. Interns will be immersed in day-to-day activities and projects. They will also be assigned a mentor who will be responsible for their development and the facilitation of learning. 

When the program concludes, we would like all interns to be able to articulate what they learned during their internship to prospective employers. 

Experience:

• Must be an active undergraduate or graduate student attending an accredited college/university and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (preferred) or higher.
• Preference will be given to fully matriculated students with an anticipated graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
• You must have authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
• Willingness to work in Oldwick, NJ.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing skills.
• Strong computer skills, including e-mail, MS Word, Excel, and internet research. 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities by being adaptable and flexible.
