Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drugs, FSA and HSA

Medical

Two medical plans are offered to all eligible employees. The Open Access Plan (“OAP”) and the Cigna Choice Fund (High Deductible Plan (“HDHP” with a Health Savings Account “HSA”).

Dental

Dental plan is administered by Delta Dental with participation in three of Delta Dental’s networks, which include the PPO Plus, Premier and Advantage Networks.

Vision

Vision plan offered through Vision Service Plan (VSP), on a contributory basis.

Prescription Drug

The prescription drug benefit is administered by Cigna Healthcare and included with your healthcare coverage.

Life Insurance and Disability

We offer the following Life Insurance options for our employees:

• Basic Group Term Life: The company pays the full premium for this coverage. The amount of this life insurance is one times your annual pay.
• Supplemental Life Insurance: AM Best employees are eligible to purchase additional levels of insurance for themselves, their spouse and their children.
• Business Travel Accident: AM Best provides Business Travel Accident Insurance for employees who travel for the Company.

Flexible Spending Accounts Savings Plans and Retirement

• Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA): AM Best offers eligible employees the opportunity to participate in a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (“FSA”) and a Healthcare Savings Account.
• Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Employees also have the opportunity to participate in a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (“FSA”).
• 401(k): AM Best will contribute an amount equal to 50% up to the first 6% of eligible pay you contribute (either tax deferred or Roth).
• Retirement Contribution Act (RCA): AM Best provides a non-elective employer contribution into your 401(k) plan that ranges from 2% to 7% of your eligible compensation based on your years of service.

Time Off and Paid Holidays

• Holidays: AM Best has 10 scheduled holidays.
• Paid Time Off (“PTO”): Non-exempt employees receive 15 PTO days per calendar year. Exempt employees receive 20 PTO days per calendar year.
• Sick Time: Eligible employees will receive between 5 to 7 sick days based on their level of employment.

Educational Assistance

AM Best offers tuition assistance – up to $5,250 per year to all eligible employees upon completion of one full year of service. The Company will pay costs associated with job-related courses or those that lead to a work-related degree.
